This isn't your average beer—it's light, crisp, and incredibly dry, offering a refreshing experience similar to a well-made lager.

We've crafted our own distinct style, featuring a beautiful light copper colour derived from a touch of imported German caramel malt in the mash.

The flavour profile is clean, complemented by mild fruity notes from the Kölsch ale yeast, and finished with the subtle, clean, mild taste of Australian and German hops and modern hop products. Perfect for an easy-drinking afternoon, this ale is a testament to blending old-world technique with fresh, local ingredients.
