Shipping policy

Australian Shipping:

We ship to residential & business addresses in all states across Australia, via Australia Post and Melbourne metro via Sendle.

For security purposes and as a protection to our customers, we will not ship orders unless all billing information is correct. Please make certain that the billing information you have provided exactly matches your credit card issuing bank’s records. Verification and order processing normally takes one business day.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of following business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday or by close of business Tuesday.

General Delivery Times:

Australia Post Parcel Services deliver Monday through Friday.

Sendle Parcel Services deliver Monday through Friday.

Standard Ground Delivery:

Green Gully Brewing uses Australia Post (www.austpost.com.au) and Sendle (www.sendle.com) as a carrier for domestic delivery services. Green Gully Brewing is not responsible for the safety of your package after it has been delivered by the carrier. It is estimated that all Australian domestic merchandise parcels will be received by the customer within three (3) to six (6) business days of the merchandise being posted. Green Gully Brewing applies a calculated shipping charge to all shipments. 

Shipping Zone

At this time, and for the foreseeable future, Green Gully Brewing ships Australia wide only.

Refused Shipments:

If you refuse a shipment from Green Gully Brewing, you are responsible for original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to Green Gully Brewing. This amount will be deducted from your order.

Returned Shipments:

If your order is returned due to un-deliverable shipping address, you are responsible for original shipping charge and the cost of returning the package to Green Gully Brewing. This amount will be deducted from your order.
