RASPBERRY BERET 2024 RELEASE

Our European-influenced unfiltered artisanal fruit ale begins with our complex beer base that is fermented down on our farm.

Our house culture and a selection of available fruit including some beet’s are then added in a secondary fermentation, resulting in a vivid hue, amazing taste, and a dry farmhouse finish.

This ale is matured then packaged and carbonates in the can for up to 2 years of cellar conditioning.
